Design, Develop and Scale
We quickly realized the benefits of the Global delivery model (GDM) and of utilizing the talent pool in India.
In our quest to build our GDM capabilities, we started outsourcing some of our development work to India. We scaled quite rapidly to eventually build our own design and development team in India. By hiring one of our dedicated teams, you can open up a world of new possibilities for your business by giving yourself access to a pool of global talent. These professionals, operating from a different corner of the world, have the necessary skills and expertise to optimise your existing tech stack or build applications on stacks that are optimal for your business goals.

Time and material (T&M) contract presupposes billing clients for actual work scope based on hourly rates of labor. Customers are charged for the amount of hours spent on a specific project, plus costs of materials. The main advantage of T&M model is flexibility and opportunity to adjust requirements, shift directions, replace features, and involve users to get the very product.
When to use T&M pricing model:
1. Projects with dynamic requirements.
2. Project scope is not yet fully known.
3. You want the flexibility to modify the scope or vary the workloads.

Agile model
Like ducks, we are quite agile and our customer centric attitude enables us to deliver in sync with your constantly evolving business goals. In our experience, engaging with clients in an agile model has the below benefits:
1. Delivering in small chunks ensures faster GoToMarket
2. Incremental deliveries reduce risk and leave scope of retrospection
3. Focus on Smaller work packages ensures fewer bugs and errors
4. Synchronisation of each phase of the software development cycle
5. Timely customer feedback at each level ensures the product is constantly inline with business needs
6. Multiple phases of development result in higher robustness and quality
7. Ensures code quality
8. Results in less cost and time for software development
9. Enables a clear product vision
10. Leaves room for continuous evolution of the product roadmap Here’s what the BCG has to say about Agile Outsourcing: https://www.bcg.com/publications/2019/agile-meets-outsourcing

Fixed Price Model
The fixed-price model is a single-sum contract where we are accountable for completing the project within an agreed sum, irrespective of the time and expense we incur. It can be an effective choice in those cases when requirements, specifications, and rates are highly predictable. A client should be able to share his clear vision of the product to ensure appropriate final results.
When to use a fixed pricing model:
1. Clear requirements and determined deadlines.
2. Limited or fixed budget.
3. MVPs.
4. Small projects with the limited project scope.
